As you can see from the list of stocks, this isn't exactly a list of high-flying tech stocks like Apple (AAPL) or Alphabet (GOOGL). In fact, most people consider these stocks boring. But sometimes boring is better.
Also, keep in mind that an increasing dividend does not necessarily mean a company makes a great investment. This list is a great starting point for potential investments, but you should always do some stock market research.
At the time of writing, the 10-year Treasury bond is hovering around 3%, and the best 5-year CD yield is 2.15%. Many of these stocks have comparable or higher dividends. Plus, not only do you have the chance of an increasing dividend, but you also can benefit from a rising stock price.
How to invest in the dividend aristocrats
You can of the Dividend Aristocrats listed above by opening a brokerage account and purchasing shares of each company's stock. If you want to spread your money out evenly to all 65 companies, you may want to look for brokerages that offer fractional share investing.
Instead of investing in individual stocks, you could buy shares of the ProShares S&P 500 Aristocrats ETF (NOBL) which closely matches the entire Dividend Aristocrats Index. Alternatively, you could invest in the SPDR S&P Dividend (SDY) ETF which is a more diverse option.

Keep in mind, just because they are on this list now doesn't mean they will be next year (or even next quarter). Unfortunately, during the last recession, many investors found out their dividend was cut on their once-stable stock.
Members may be deleted during the December rebalancing if during the calendar year dividends did not increase, or intra-year if the stock is removed from the underlying S&P 500. Included is the historical list of stocks added/removed from the Dividend Aristocrats Index each year since 2011.
